An airport pick-up will be organized for those who have informed the Organizing Committee of their arrival at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Participation fee for athletes +10 years old is 50 Euros/ -10 years old is 30 Euros. Event t-shirt is included to the price. The amount to be paid in cash, during the accreditation. Rest of team members (coaches, doctors, parents, spectators etc) will not pay participation fee.

The Organizing Committee agreed with “Korona Panzió Budapest” hostel to present discounted prices for the participants of the competition. Staying at this hostel, participants will get price offer lower (32 Euro as a corporate rate) than the daily 46 Euro.

On January 15th, lunch for athletes of categories under18 and on January 16th, lunch for athletes of categories +18, as well as for Bateria and Referee Panel will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
