In addition to citizens of EU member states, citizens of the following countries are allowed to enter Poland without a Schengen visa. All others must obtain a visa before entering Poland:

Transport cost expenses are the sole responsibility of the attendees (athletes, coaches, media, spectators etc) unless otherwise stated.

The Organizing Committee provides a collective transfer from hotels to the venue on the day of the competition (12 November) free of charge.
